Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered.
  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with images of the product.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement product instead of a refund.

Return Shipping

For other reasons (like change of mind), return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

If the return is due to damage/defect from our side, shipping costs will be borne by us.
